How to Return

Step-by-step process

Check eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. They must be unopened, unused, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Contact us

Email us at info@ziajashop.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if the item is faulty or damaged.

Send it back

Pack your item securely and send it back. For change-of-mind returns, you cover the postage. For faulty or incorrect items, we cover return shipping.

Refund processed

Once received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

  • Unopened and unused
  • Original condition and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
  • Change of mind (customer pays postage)
  • Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Not eligible for return

  • Opened cosmetic products
  • Personal hygiene items (unless faulty)
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Wholesale orders (unless damaged on arrival — report within 7 days with photos)

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at info@ziajashop.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. If approved, we'll offer a replacement, full refund, or store credit — and we'll cover return shipping.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions or fall outside the 30-day window.
